Key Technology
- ProArginine: A type of amino acid that is naturally found in the hair fiber. In its original state, arginine is highly alkaline. When used at higher, active levels, it becomes an alkalizing agent that supports the hair colour chemistry. After ProArginine is finished acting as an alkalizing agent, it helps rebuild weakened areas with necessary proteins to provide healthier-looking hair and long-lasting colour.
- ArganID™: Features positively charged micro-particles that are attracted to the negatively charged hair fiber, infusing the antioxidant and moisturizing powers of Argan oil deep into the cortex.
Salon Directions
- Preparation of Mixture: Mix 1 part Moroccanoil Color Calypso Demi-Permanent Cream Color with 2 parts Moroccanoil Oxidative Cream Developer in a non-metallic bowl or applicator bottle. Use immediately after mixing.
- Application: Can be applied on damp or dry hair. Colour development is up to 25 minutes at room temperature, up to 20 minutes with heat. For blending white or grey hair Moroccanoil recommend adding a natural shade into your formula. For 25–50% white hair add 1 part natural base to 2 parts shade. For 50–100% white hair add 1 part natural base to 1 part shade.
